Country Fair
ASTRA Open Air Museum is among the most visited places in Sibiu. In this oasis of Sibiu you will also find a specially arranged place for culinary events and for the purchase of local products brought by producers from all over Sibiu County. Here you can also quench your hunger, thirst or appetite for something to eat with a slice of eggplant bread, traditional "burgers", pancakes or donuts, artisanal beer or homemade syrups.
Autumn Culinary Slow Food Buzau
This autumn, Slow Food Buzau is pleased to present the most abundant culinary series Buzau County has ever known! For three months each weekend you are invited to: Culinary tours through the most beautiful regions of Buzau such as UNESCO Geopark Buzau Land, Niscov Valley, Istrița Hill – Dealu Mare Special events and tastings with a wide variety of artisan products Taste innovations, based on the traditional delights of Buzau The highlight will be the Artisans' Square where you can meet all the producers from the Slow Food Buzau network. Here you have the opportunity to discover the authentic products and the story behind them.
Harvest Day – Remeți
Harvest Day in Remeți is a traditional holiday deeply rooted in the culture of historical Maramureș, organized annually in late September or early October. The festival is a collective act of gratitude for the fruits obtained after a whole year of work in the field. In the tradition of the Romanian village, gratitude for a rich harvest is intertwined with respect for land and nature. The households of Remeti and the neighboring villages take advantage of this opportunity to proudly display their best agricultural products.
D'ale Porcului — Oradea
It is a traditional gastronomic festival-contest, organized annually in Bihor County. The theme is about Romanian culinary traditions, prepared from pork. Sausages, puddings, toros, cracklings and other traditional Bihor pork dishes, for everyone; prepared and cooked on the spot, "sprinkled" with brandy and mulled wine, "accompanied" by folk music and dances, just like in the time of our grandparents!

Artisan Food Market
The largest gourmet artisanal products fair in Romania. The 13th edition brings together the best local producers and lovers of authentic gastronomy in a framework dedicated to discovery and inspiration. Launched in 2022, Artisan Food Market has grown organically in one of the strongest communities around local gourmet producers in Romania. For 4 long and epic years, in 12 editions, we watched how local brands and people came together. The 13th edition marks a change of scale: the move to the National Library of Romania – a reference location – and the target of 25,000 visitors.

Event organized by the Neamt Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It takes place at the Central Market – Baltagului Street
Artisans' Market - Autumn Edition (Berca)
Artisans Market is a meeting place with artisan producers, chefs and people passionate about authentic tastes. We return to Berca for a weekend with good products, stories, tastings, gastronomy, wines, workshops and time spent together.
Treasures of the East (Craiova)
Destinations, tastes and ideas in Southeastern Europe — under one roof. Two and a half days of festival-showroom: award-winning wines, cheeses and craft beers, authentic tastes and dream destinations in Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova — for the public and for professionals. "Treasures of the East" 2026 is a festival-showroom of destinations, tastes — wines and other quality drinks, typical food products — Eastern European ideas and experiences, organized for the second consecutive year at Ramada Plaza Hotel Craiova, within the project "Craiova, Eastern European gastronomic capital". Exhibitors from Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova participate, and the event enjoys the partnership of one of the oldest large agricultural companies in the world with a history of over two centuries — Corteva Agriscience. The festival has a double addressability: to the consumer audience — and, especially, to the professionals in tourism, Horeca and the trade of wines, cheeses, craft beers and other typical products from the three countries.
Maramureș Balloon Fiesta
A community event where hot-air balloons are complemented by local traditions, picnics and food prepared by villagers, including pies, zacuscă, sarmale, preserves and homemade cakes.
Sheep Ravaging
"Sheep Ravaging" is a 50-year-old event, completed more recently with the "Cheese and Pastrami Festival". The participants in the event have the opportunity to sing, dance and eat various dishes, to know the traditions and pastoral customs but also a real culinary feast with selected dishes such as: sheep pastrami, bulz, all kinds of cheeses and many other surprises prepared at the cauldron. Also on this occasion, folk craftsmen from all over the country exhibit their traditional objects: ceramics, folk costumes, fabrics, sculptures, etc.
