Festival of Good Must and Pastrami to Taste

Autumn comes to Bucharest with rusty leaves, cooler evenings and, very importantly, with the smell of pastrami on the grill. Between September 11 and 13, Alba Iulia Watch turns into a real meeting point for greasy food, music and a glass of cold must in hand.

Cultural Significance

Must and pastrami, the stars of the beginning of autumn, at the Festival of Good Must and Pastrami after Taste The ripe grapes will be turned into must right in the middle of the festival, in the outdoor mustache. Visitors will be able to see the process and especially taste the result. Because you can explain autumn in many ways, but sometimes a glass of fresh must is enough. The must comes with its partner, pastrami. The grills will be heated throughout the festival, and the menu includes: mutton and ram pastrami, roasted meat on embers, frying pan or cauldron, sausage, the little ones (mici), ribs, knuckles and smokes. In addition to these, visitors will find traditional products, seasonal goodies and desserts such as pies, lap-beams, doughnuts, crawfish and kurtos kalacs.
