Bohemian Cake
Tort Boema is an elegant and intensely flavoured dessert rooted in the Romanian patisserie tradition of Central European inspiration. It consists of crisp walnut meringue layers filled with a rich dark chocolate and butter cream, often perfumed with rum extract. The contrast between the crunchy meringue layers and the dense, silky chocolate cream makes it one of the most celebrated Romanian festive cakes.
